preliminary otakon stuff

ok, this is a call out for ppl who want to register with us and/or stay with us (we want a head count)

what i need from you all:
if you're registeirng with us
if you're planning on staying with us
or if you're not planning on staying with us and wanna register with us
if you are willing to drive (we lost hersh as a driver due to unforseen car-death...and other circumstances)

and if u are not sure on some of these, i want estimated percentages (well, 100% i'm reg, but only 60% i'm staying, for example)

pre-reg has not been opened yet, but if there is more than 10 of us registering (as i'm sure there will be) it will prob be 5 bucks less than the individual rate of 40. (that's 35 for those who don't want to think)

we are trying to get the hotel that is connected to the convention center, so that's why we need a definate head count as soon as we can, so we know we can get space.


here i'm doing all this and i'm not even sure i'll be there for all 3 days :) here's hoping i won't be anyway :)
