hersh: otakon note: go for windam or holiday inn... cheapest quade rate... we'll be doing a lot of sneaking in and it might get pricy.... we need to do some major lodging discussions....

I'll try to sit down with Randy and figure out what can be done. I talked to him earlier and we both figured the Holiday Inn looks like a good bet, and we would probably be able to get away with a little bit of sneaking. Depending on how many people we get it should be less than $20 a person to stay... Then the only thing to figure out are sleeping arrangements.

Be carefull with sneaking people into hotel rooms that don't belong there, the staff doesn't like that at all b.c that means they are losing money. SO that means you have to be VERY quite at night. Just a friendly warning b/c I have been in hotels where people get kicked out of rooms, it doesn't look fun at all, that and you have to sleep in a car or on a bench.
